The clock does run intermittently, however its is missing is striking hammer and bracket, so doesn't chime. There are some small chips to the glass lens around the edge.
Fully hallmarked London 1900 (e) on the side and the door. I have an identical clock also listed, which has a chiming hammer, though slightly different hands and is dated 1901.
